Utility Assistance Program

Administered by Sheltering Arms Senior Services, this federally funded Utility Assistance Program assists low income seniors (+60), families with young children, and the disabled, with the payment of gas and electricity bills, when funding is available. Recipients of these funds must qualify by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services minimum income standards.
