Fees Sheltering Arms Senior Services is a nonprofit organization supported by our Home Care, Day Center and Geriatric Care Management and Consultation service fees as well as individual donations, foundation grants, corporate gifts and sponsorships and federal programs. Sheltering Arms Senior Services offers an array of long term care services. Some are provided at no charge to clients. Some services are provided on a co-pay (sliding scale) or scholarship basis, based on need and certain eligibility requirements. Some services are only available on a full fee basis. Sheltering Arms Senior Services strives to keep its fees very competitive, at the midpoint or below other providers in the marketplace. Fee revenue helps to support those programs offered on a co-pay or scholarship basis.
