Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an innovative program focused on the caregiver's health and well-being. You will meet other caregivers experiencing the ups and downs of helping a loved one. |

Program Details
- Six-week education program
- Led by trained facilitators

- Effective self-care tools
- Topics include: reducing personal stress, communicating effectively, with others and in challenging situations, making decisions about care facilities, mastering caregivers' transitions, hiring in-home help, making financial decisions, understanding depression, making decisions about driving, and helping memory-impaired elders.
