This service provides personal 24-hour monitoring for health, safety, or medical emergencies. Enjoy peace of mind knowing that if you fall or have another emergency, help is just a push of a button away!

Did you know approximately 30% of older Americans experience a fall each year?

  • Nearly one-fourth of these falls results in a serious injury
  • 90% of people who get help within 1 hour after a fall or other emergency are able to continue to live independently

Benefits of Sheltering Arms Lifeline

  • Decreased anxiety about living alone
  • Reduced dependence on others
  • Reduced social isolation and depression
  • An added sense of safety, security and independence

  • No long-term contract required

The Sheltering Arms Lifeline equipment also provides features beyond emergency response, such as the ability to answer your phone from another room. And now, you can select the Lifeline Timex Tempo watch as your help button.

What happens in an emergency?

  • Just push your wearable personal help button (wear on your wrist or around your neck)
  • Within seconds, an experienced monitor at the Lifeline Emergency Response Center is signaled that you need help.
  • The monitor instantly has access to critical information, such as the name of your physician.
  • The monitor calls the individual you have designated.
  • If that person is unavailable, or if the monitor cannot hear your voice, emergency personnel is immediately dispatched.

Your Personal Sheltering Arms Lifeline database can contain your:

  • Health and medical history
  • Physician's contact name and number
  • Hospital preference
  • Family and / or friends to be notified in an emergency
  • Advance directives

"Lifeline service was truly a life saver for my grandmother who began bleeding profusely at 6 a.m. She pushed the button and the ambulance came right away. It truly saved her life."
