2009 Utility Assistance Application Sites

To apply for Utility Assistance, look up your appropriate site below, according to your home zip code. You must be a Harris County resident to receive assistance via these sites. Please note that only the site that lists your home zip code will be able to assist you.

Call your site's appointment line during the times listed, to make an appointment. Please note that the sites are not able to accommodate walk-ins: you must make an appointment first.

Once you have made your appointment, please be sure to bring these required items:

• Recent copies of your gas and electric utility bills
• Proof of household income for the last 30 days, such as recent payroll stubs or documentation on Social Security,
• Unemployment Insurance, Pension Funds, disability, etc.
• Proof of total members living in your household (examples include social security cards and birth certificates, or if unavailable, provide birthdays and school records or shot records)
• Photo I.D. (for applicant only)
